With over twenty-five years of healthcare-focused experience within the management consulting, service, and venture capital worlds, Amanda has honed her skills to get the job done. Her previous experience working for multiple entrepreneurial-based organizations provides her with the experience to anticipate start-up needs and the road ahead. Her extensive experience focused on organizational design and needs assessment, provides Ignite Ideas LLC partners with an inside perspective to making the right connections at the right time to commercialize product offerings.
Paul Robke,
CTO
Paul’s been in software development for over 20 years with start-ups as well as Fortune 50 companies. He began his career as a DBA with Coca-Cola and the last 12 years with Beckon Dickinson and Novartis Health.
He is dedicated to putting innovation in the hands of problem solvers, breaking down the technology barrier and unlocking innovation in healthcare.
Paul wants to make amazing technology available and useable to the people that have the solutions to problems that will change the loves of so many. Technology becomes far more powerful and innovative if more people have access to it. Better, Faster, Smarter software for everyone . . . is what we do.

Masters degree in Computer Science. Over 25 years of experience as a software engineer, technical lead and software architect involved in design, development, and support of large enterprise-level systems.
Linny Alleman,
Creative Art Director
Linny is an amazing designer focusing on the UI/UX design of the application and user experience. Her keen eye for design and clarity brings ease to the use of the application and client experience. Linny has worked closely with the team to create a unique experience for all users.
Kelly Robke,
Clinical Advisor
Kelly has dedicated her career to the successful recognition of innovations at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Her passion for improving the health of patients, families, and populations is fortified by a commitment to recognizing technology acceptance and adoption at points of care along the continuum of health. She has led successful patient care, clinical research, medical technology, and clinical practice strategic initiatives for such organizations as MD Anderson Cancer Center, Pfizer, Oracle, and Becton Dickinson. Currently, Kelly serves as the US Chief Nursing Officer and Director of Healthcare Industry Strategy at Microsoft.
